Education:In 2011, she graduated with honors from the Russian Customs Academy with a degree in Law, specializing in civil law.
In 2015 - 2017 she completed studies at the Oxford International School (Oxford, England) and provided services in the field of international law.
She received additional special education for development and implementation of microfinance programs at regional and municipal levels.
Experience:2007 - 2014 - Held the position of corporate legal advisor in one of the oldest and most respected Russian audit companies on the market - FBK (Financial and accounting consultants, now named FBK Grant Thornton).
2013 - 2018 - Appointed Director of the Legal Department of the Russian Investment Agency by order of the Minister of Regional Development.
2018 - 2020 - Appointed First Vice President of the Russian Investment Agency.
2018 - Co-founder and First Deputy General Director of the Fund for Supporting Linen Crafts named after V.V. Zhivetin.
2019 - Member of the working group under the Federation Council Committee on Agrarian and Food Policies and Environmental Management.
2020 - Appointed Executive Director of the Russian Investment Agency, became a member of the Agency's Supervisory Board.
Has extensive experience and achieved high levels of success implementing investment projects at federal and regional levels. Represents and professionally accompanies the interests of foreign corporations present in the Russian Federation.
Social activity:Providing a leading example in social activity, she supervises international direction as the first vice-president of the Russian Union of Engineers, a public all-Russian organization uniting engineering specialists, heads of industrial and manufacturing companies, employees of the scientific and technical fields.
She actively participates in Russian and international events as a speaker, namely at the Russian Investment Forum, SPIEF, WEF, Annual Investment Meeting (Dubai, UAE), The World Economic Forum (Davos, Switzerland), Doha Forum (Doha, Qatar) ), MIPIM (Cannes, France).
Interacts with regional authorities and businesses helping implement investment policies and organize international cooperation.
She is a Russian partner of the renowned Malaysian Institute - PEMANDU Accociates (Performance Management & Delivery Unit), established by Prime Minister Najib Razak in 2009 to revitalize Malaysian economy.
Over the past few years, she helped companies and government bodies implement the Big Fast Results method, which found high success in Rosavtodor (Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation) and in the Russian Export Center (REC). She had also contributed to the implementation of projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Federal Republic of Nigeria as well as other countries.
