Russian Investment Agency (RIA) strictly observes professional and trade secrecy of its clients and partners. The Agency has an efficient and reliable document management procedure designed to eliminate the risk of disclosure of valuable customer information.

The Regulations on commercial secrets of the Russian Investment Agency (approved by Decree No. 2-r of the President of the Agency dated January 12, 2015) establishes the obligation to comply with the special conditions of storage and access of information regarding trade secrets.

RIA is engaged in rendering the services regarding attraction of foreign investments into the economy of the Russian Federation and in accordance with the Regulations recognized as its commercial secrets all the information relating to its customers (counterparties) and classified by the Russian and international law as commercial secret.

Commercial secrets of the clients (counterparties) simultaneously have the status of commercial secret of the RIA.

At the initial stage of work with clients, the Agency offers to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Hereafter, the Agency ensures the compliance with the agreement by all the departments of the RIA, who have access to confidential information of the clients.
